Yoga

...is kind of intense.

I went to my first yoga class today. I liked it a lot. It kind of threw me off just because it is really calming and soothing but it's a pretty good work out too. The instructor was throwing around words like "core workout" and names of muscles of stuff.
It focuses a lot on breathing and working your body and doing the stretches in combination with the breathing. Also the instructor told us not to move into the next position until you are ready and feel good about your body and the breathing and you just know...

I liked a lot of things about yoga. I like the principles that it focuses on. I like breathing. I like focusing. I like not moving until I know I am ready and well prepared. I liked closing my eyes and just listening. Not worrying; just listen.

Lately, I have been doing a lot of just listening. Just being still. I don't know what my next move is. I don't know what I am supposed to be doing or where I am supposed to be at. So I am not moving until I am ready, until I feel good about it.

And until then, I am just going to breath.
